– Conference fee: this includes the full program during the conference days, including coffee, tea, snacks and lunch.
– Conference dinner: in the evening of the first conference day, you can join for dinner if you like. This dinner includes three courses and three drinks. If you would like to have more drinks, these are at your own expense. After dinner, it is possible for those who are interested to go to the bar. Drinks there are at your own expense.
– Hotel rooms: In previous years it was possible to share a room with another person. Due to Covid, the conference venue no longer offers this option. This means that all rooms are now single rooms. This also means that we have less accommodation available in total. We therefore would like you to consider if you want to stay over if you live relatively close to Zeist, in order to accommodate colleagues who have to travel from far.
The registration closes on April 6, 2022.
Shortly thereafter, we will contact the attendants asking if you are interested in a bus pick-up service on day 1 from Station Driebergen-Zeist to Woudschoten, and a return pick-up service on day 2.
After registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation afterwards for your own administration.
Payment
Please use the links below for making the payments. Unfortunately the payment system of Utrecht University does not allow to pay for the separate fees in one transaction. We are aware of the fact that this is quite inconvenient. Upon making the payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your own administration.
